What is Piece Love Soul?
Piece Love Soul is a Black-, woman-owned jigsaw puzzle company centered on amplifying emerging women artists of color. We make puzzles that celebrate unity (peace), compassion (love) and cultural diversity (soul). We’re working to normalize the genius of women artists of color, while making their art accessible to all. We are based in Atlanta, Ga.
How is Piece Love Soul different?
We exclusively work with women of color, who are young or emerging artists. We love all artists, but we believe Black women, Indigenous women, Latino women, and other women of color are among the most marginalized in the art industry. We care about the women artists with whom we partner, a percentage of each puzzle sold featuring their art is returned back to them. We also partner directly with school-based art programs to improve interest and access to the arts.
Is Piece Love Soul eco-friendly?
Yes! Are products are made from 100% recycled gray board (2mm) and eco-friendly ink. We also include a linen, reusable bag with each purchase to preserve your pieces for future puzzling.
Who are the artists you work with?
Yay! Glad you asked. They are all women and artists of color, and we work with young or emerging artists. Our artists are from the U.S. and from around the globe. Check out our artists page to learn more about them.
Are you taking artist submissions?
We are always looking to partner with more women artists of color. We are open to all concepts and styles, though sometimes we do calls for submissions on specific topics. If you are interested in working with us, please contact us at email@example.com.
I’m an art teacher or student, how do I get connected?
We host a contest looking for student creatives to highlight through Piece Love Soul. Not only do students win prize money, but teachers of winning students receive classroom funding or donations. If you are interested in participating, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United States. Please allow for additional shipping time due to delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your order total. Free shipping promos do not apply to gift cards or wholesale orders.
Where is my order?
We will make every effort to ship your order within 2-3 business days when we are in stock. For tracking, please click the link provided with your order. When there are pre-orders, those orders ship to you after we receive it from the manufacturer.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within two (2) weeks of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds are not issue for clearance or flash sale merchandise. We do not currently offer exchanges or store credit. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded. If you need help with a recent order, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

The puzzle I want is sold out, what now?
Wow, that’s no fun. Send us a note at email@example.com, and we will be in touch about restocking. Be sure to also subscribe to our newsletter for updates on puzzle restocking and future collections.
I'm missing a piece, what should I do?
First, give us a few days to thoroughly look around for the missing piece. Nowadays, it is very rare for puzzles to be missing pieces They can be in odd places, like, your dog's bed, the refrigerator or laundry. If you still can't find it, contact us. Proof or purchase is required.
We do not replace pieces, but rather the entire puzzle, and there's no guarantee that the new puzzle pieces will fit exactly the same in your current puzzle. Our replacement policy applies to puzzles purchased new from us directly or one of our retail partners, and it does NOT apply to puzzles purchased second-hand or non-U.S. shipping addresses.
