Refund policy

We accept returns within two (2) weeks of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. There are no refunds for clearance or flash sale merchandise.

We do not currently offer exchanges or store credit. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded. If you need help with a recent order, contact us at support@piecelovesoul.com.
