Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout the United States. Please allow for additional shipping time due to delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your order total. Free shipping promos do not apply to gift card orders or wholesale orders (unless stipulated on our wholesale page.)

Where is my order?

When puzzles are in stock, we make every effort to ship your order within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). For tracking, please click the link provided with your order.
